As an NBC-HWC certified professional with a certificate in Health and Wellbeing from Emory University, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role as a health coach. I am dedicated to assisting clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes that significantly enhance your wellbeing. By working together, you will gain a clearer understanding of the lifestyle practices that best support your personal health, energy, and overall happiness.

Together, we'll navigate through the conflicting advice in the wellness world, cutting through the noise of contradictory health information to discover what truly works for you. By connecting who you are with who you want to become, I will empower you to create a personalized blueprint for success. We'll set realistic goals and work collaboratively towards lasting transformation, supporting sustainable change in your life.

    • Receive 2 to 4 one-on-one sessions per month, each lasting 45 minutes, depending on the package you choose.

    • Email Access: Stay connected for questions and guidance between sessions.

    • Text Communication: Available in select packages for additional support.

    • Get customized workbooks, worksheets, and guides to support your journey.

    • Enjoy unlimited access to our current selection of resources, with new materials added regularly as our library grows (available in some packages).
